What are the delivery charges for orders from Healthxchange Ireland?
We offer the following options and prices: DPD Next Day Nationwide & NI: €10 SecuriSpeed Same Day (Dublin Area): €30.
You also have the option to order and collect from our premises based in Dublin 12, open Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.

How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm between Mon-Thurs will be delivered the next working day nationwide and NI.
Medicinal orders placed on Friday will be processed for despatch on Monday and delivered on Tuesday unless a Saturday delivery is specified.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment in advance of shipping by debit/credit card (exc Amex & Diners Club) – Healthxchange Ireland customer service will contact you to get your card details.
Euro bank transfers are also accepted, BACS EURO Payment Details:

What happens once I place an order?
After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order, we will process your order and contact you for payment. The order will be dispatched on the Same Day subject to availability and delivered the next working day or Same Day if specified.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, once payment has been processed you will receive an electronic invoice.
